Hi Elizabeth! I think it's quite hard to find an exact analogous of your sentence in Italian.
You can say:
"Non sono ancora le 12:00 pm",
but the analogous in English will be:
"It isn't 12:00 pm yet".
The word "even" appears to intensify the sentence, so it would be more appropriate
"Non sono neanche le 12:00 pm",
but this is just "It isn't even 12:00 pm".
This just to say that the the literal translation
"Non sono ancora neanche le 12:00 pm",
it's quite unusual and, I'm not completely sure of it, but maybe even incorrect!

These were the two answers I got from two different native sources of Italy. Which are pretty close. You are correct. The focus of the sentence is the word, "yet." Grazie per il tuo aiuto. :))
