Yes when I went to Italy in every place i visited both males and females had red orange juice, coffee/espresso a sweet croissant or small cake. In fact that was one of the first things I ate when I got off of the airplane. I had an espresso and chocolate croissant. They don't eat like us Americans. We might have cereal, eggs, bacon and toast. If they have cereal it would most likely be granola or something like that. We eat heavier they eat lite and some don't eat at all. They may take just a coffee and go to work. My friend just drank coffee and on some days had like a Melba toast and some marmalade and went to work. I hope this helps.

Not at all they have so many accommodating foods to non-natives. I had everything I eat back home exposed to me. I didn't go without at all. I like eggs, bacon and toast. Everywhere I went they bought it for me and I was right at home... :)) You will be also...lol :o))
