The second sentence is correct. The first sentence is more elegant, but -to be correct- it should be "questa bella e folle vita". However "questa bellissima e folle vita" is more musical and extremely elegant, it is a classical Italian line of poetry of exactly 11 syllabs, a so-called "endecasillabo"

Sorry the sentence in English is wrong. It should be, "This crazy beautiful life."
