"Here is" = "Ecco"

"Ecco(ti) un sorriso per illuminarti la giornata"

I've put "Ti" [ "To you" ] within the verb "Illuminare", instead of "Tua" [ "Your" ], because it's more common, in Italian.

Moreover, you can use "Ecco" or "Eccoti" interchangeably.

"Eccoti" = "Ecco a te"
