"Voglio bene alla mia famiglia" is correct.
Alternatively, you can say "Amo la mia famiglia", which is stronger in meaning.
"Ti" is wrong because it means "A te" [ "To you" ].
The correct pronoun would be "Loro" or "A loro", depending on how you form the sentence, but you cannot use them, because there's already "Alla mia famiglia".
