It's a coffee (or something else) grinder.
But "Macinello" is a bit archaic word.

"Sale Rosso delle Hawaii con Macinello" = "Hawaiian Red Salt with grinder"

Ok got it. It is a grinder. I was looking on the Internet for this product perchè mi piace molto il sale rosso ma non lo so che il macinello era. grazie dell'aiuto.. Sal Mi dispiace per il mio italiano male.. :)

(because I like a lot the red salt but I didn't know what the Macinello was. I'm sorry for my bad Italian.) è corretto o no?

I've never heard about red salt. Is it so different from "normal" salt?

BTW, here's the correction ;)

"...perché (1) mi piace molto il sale rosso, (2) ma non sapevo (che) cos'era il macinello. (3) Grazie dell'aiuto. Sal, (4) scusami per il mio italiano. (5)"

(1) Acute accent not grave
(2) A comma before "ma"
(3) This part was a bit of a mess ^^;;
(4) Another comma :-P
(5) I could've translated even "bad", but we don't usually say "cattivo italiano", in such an expression.
