"lo so"

I know that "lo so" means "I know" but how is it conjugated from the "conoscere" verb?

The two verbs don't mean exactly the same thing.
There are differences.

I'll digress for a moment and come back to them when I really get heavy in the verbs. I'm still trying to understand, plurals. I'll come back to this i'm sure..lol grazie ancora
