No. As I told you in another thread, "Persona" refers to people of whatever gender, but it's a feminine word.
So, "È una persona bella dentro e fuori" is ok for men too. ;)

The only difference is the subject: "Egli/Lui" if the person is a man, "Ella/Lei" if the person is a woman. ;)
