Angela: Elisabetta, ti presento la mia amica Anna.
[ Use "ti" OR "a te". Not both. Even if "a te" is correct, it's weird. Just use "Ti" ]

[ I changed this sentence, not because it's wrong, but because we would never use such an expression to introduce someone. ]

[ A comma before "ma" and the article " L' " before "Italia". You did the right thing adding the "Ma", because in italian the two sentences sound better together. ]

Anna: Ti piace l'Italia?
[ The article " L' " before "Italia". "Do" MUST NOT be translated, because it's used as an auxiliary verb to form the interrogative form ]

Eli: Sì, mi piace molto.
[ Again, "Sì" with an accent ]

Anna: Sono felice che ti piaccia l'Italia. / Mi fa piacere che ti piaccia l'Italia.
[ The article " L' " before "Italia". "Piaccia" is subjunctive tense ]

Angela: Allora/Bene, dobbiamo andare, ora/adesso. È stato bello rivederti.
[ "Noi" is not needed. Given the context, I assumed you meant "It WAS nice to see you again", even if I know that "it was" cannot be contracted in "it's"... ]

Eli: Anche per me. Stammi bene. Alla prossima.
[ You can't use "Anch'io". "Anche per me" means "The same for me". You did the right thing dividing "take care until next time" in two sentences, because in italian there isn't an exact match for this expression. ]

Eli: È stato un piacere parlare con te, Anna.
[ A bit formal, but correct. The tense must be "Passato prossimo", not present. Moreover, in italian, to use a verb as a substantive, you need the infinitive form. ]

You must use the apostrophe, because " Po' " is the short form of "Poco".
