Some of this words can have different translations, depending on the context. I'll give you the most common.
Coin = "Moneta"
Money = "Soldi" [ Mostly used in its plural form ] or "Denaro" [ Mostly used in its singular form ]
Car = "Automobile" or "Auto" or "Macchina"
Wallet = "Portafoglio"
Purse = "Borsellino" or "Portamonete" [ For money - not necessarily for women ] or "Borsa" [ Handbag ]
Building = "Edificio"
Truck = "Camion" or "Autocarro"

Another good translation for "building" is "palazzo" [ usually, used more than "edificio" ]

"Soldi", "Denaro", "Portafoglio", "Borsellino", "Portamonete", "Edificio", "Palazzo", "Camion" and "Autocarro" are masculine.
"Moneta", "Automobile", "Auto", "Macchina" and "Borsa" are feminine.
;)

L'autocarro è giallo. Non è blu. L'automobile è grigia. Non è nera. La borsa è rosa. Non è nera.
Is the agreement and genders correct?

grazie Salvatore Autocarro is masculine and automobile is feminine correct. What about camion is that fem. or masc. :)
