"Auguri grande il tuo matrimonio" doesn't mean anything. ^_^;;
"Great" cannot be used as you do in English. Use "tanti" [ "many" ] or "tantissimi", instead.
Moreover, the sentence is missing a preposition, in this case "per" [ "for" ].
So, the sentence becomes:
"Tantissimi auguri per il tuo matrimonio"
Note that the above sentence is informal, so it's ok for friends or relatives and may not be suitable for some situations.
In spoken languange, I would just say "Tanti/Tantissimi auguri" [ informal ].
If you need something more formal to write on a greeting card, you could use "Felicitazioni per questo giorno speciale".
But the best advise I can give you is be creative. ;)

Grazie mille del complimento. :)
BTW, "(Tu) sei un grande insegnante" is a better version. ;-p
"Tu sei un insegnante grande" could be interpreted as "You are an old teacher" or worse. :D
An even better sentence would be, "(Tu) sei in insegnante grandioso". ;)
