"Grazie, bella/bellissima."
But the sentence is more suited to boys/men telling that to girls/women. ;)

Well, it's not exactly inappropriate.
We just use some expressions in other ways. ;)
You could say:
"Grazie, tesoro"
OR
"Grazie, gioia"

Di nulla :)
Just a correction :P
"Grazie dell'aiuto" ;)
"Per tutto il tuo aiuto" is a bit excessive ;)

In America we don't think nothing of saying to a friend of ours of the same sex "thank you beautiful" especially if she has wished me a good weekend. I know that in Italy it is thought of as something inappropriate but not here. That is why I ask but I don't want to say "thank you beautiful" to an Italian girl if it is deemed inappropriate so can you please tell me how to say it in this case. grazie
